Terms & Conditions

In consideration of this charter reservation, Seaglass Charters LLC agrees to reserve the vessel and to contract a captain and crew for your Charleston Harbor Cruise.

Fees and Rescheduling

Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Charterer’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:
14 days or more prior to cruise: $25
Within 14 days of cruise: $100
24 -72 hours prior to cruise: $200

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the cruise, are not accepted and Charterer is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled cruise occurs or not.

Cancellation by Captain

Safety of our crew and guests are our number one priority. The Captain is the sole authority in deterring safe operation of the vessel. In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the vessel due to severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive events, or mechanical failure, the cruise will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to December 31st of the current year at no additional charge. Refunds are offered if we cannot make it happen. Severe weather is determined solely by the Captain of the vessel.

Cancellation by Charter Guest and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the charter guest once paid in full, there will be a 50% refund, cancellations within 24 hours of the charter receive no refund. However, you may reschedule your charter if you wish with applicable fees.
