Your morning cruise will start at 9 am, a perfect time to set off into Charleston Harbor before the heat of the sun in the afternoon. You will go for your morning cruise when shrimp boats and other fishermen head out to sea. Step aboard the luxury yachts of Sea Glass Charters, the 41′ Coupe Yacht BELLA VITA and the 37′ Sea Ray Express UNWRITTEN. Both of our yachts can bring up to six passengers out for your morning cruise of Charleston Harbor in comfort and luxury.

You will cruise around the Harbor and be able to see many of the beautiful and historic sites. Forts Sumter, Moultrie and Johnson are all important landmarks of our Civil War and where the Civil War began. You will also get close-up views of the Battery with its colorful antebellum mansions, the St. Micheal’s Church and the USS Yorktown. You will pass barrier islands with many migratory birds and numerous lighthouses and cross under the modern state-of-the-art Ravenel Bridge.

Passenger Agreement

In consideration of this charter reservation, Seaglass Charters LLC agrees to reserve the vessel and to contract captain and crew for your Charleston Harbor Cruise.

Damage to Vessels

In the event that the guests aboard cause damage to the vessel in any way, they will be billed and charged 100% repair or replacement cost of such item, machine, electronic, instruments, linens, towels, finishing etc. Damages will be documented and automatically charged to the account number given at the time of booking.

Drugs & Alcohol

The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on board the vessel. This includes underage use of alcohol or cigarettes. Non-compliance of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the cruise and no refund will be given. This is a strict policy designed for your safety.

Risks

Charterer understands and accepts that there is an inherent risk of personal injury or accident, “Risks”, which may occur at marinas and aboard the vessel. Therefore, Charterer agrees to release and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents from all liability and responsibility for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death however caused, including, but not limited to, product defect or the negligence of the released parties.

Charterer has discussed the Risks with their invitees, and all invitees have agreed to release and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents in the same manner Charterer has in the above paragraphs. The foregoing notwithstanding, Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its owners, crew, and agents from any claims brought by Charterer’s invitees.

If it is necessary to obtain medical treatment for the Charterer or its invitees, regardless of cause, such expenses shall be paid by the Charterer. Authority is granted without limitation to Seaglass Charters LLC and its assigns in all medical matters to hospitalize and treat the Charterer.

Disputes shall be governed by Federal Maritime law. In any action against Seaglass Charters LLC, or its members, agents, partners, or employees, which results in a decision/judgment/decree/order/ stipulation or settlement substantially upholding Seaglass Charters LLC position, the adversary party shall reimburse Seaglass Charters LLC attorney’s fees, court costs and expenses.

Terms & Conditions

In consideration of this charter reservation, Seaglass Charters LLC agrees to reserve the vessel and to contract a captain and crew for your Charleston Harbor Cruise.

FEES AND RESCHEDULING

Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time.
Charterer’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and
are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of
notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:

14 days or more prior to cruise: $25

Within 14 days of cruise: $100

24 -72 hours prior to cruise: $200
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the cruise, are not
accepted and Charterer is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the
scheduled cruise occurs or not.

CANCELLATION BY CHARTER GUEST AND REFUNDS

In the event of cancellation by the charter guest once paid in full, there will be a 50% refund, cancellations within 24 hours of the charter receive no refund. However, you may reschedule your charter if you wish with applicable fees.
